Constant crashes

When I first downloaded this app, I was able to find and connect to my team. Life was good. Ever since I closed the app the first time I used it, it wont load for me. Ever. When I tap on it, I see the splash screen for 3 seconds then it crashes and Im back at the home screen. Useful, eh?
